The War of 1812

There were four different conflicts happening at the same time on the North American Continent in the early 1810’s (1812-1815). There was the War of 1812, between the British, the Americans and the Natives; the Northwest Native Conflict, between the Americans and the Natives; the Patriot war, between the Americans and the Spanish for Spanish Florida; and the creek Indian War between, the Creek Indians and the Americans. The main and most known war is the War of 1812. Depending upon whom you talk to, there was no winner in the war of 1812 but there was one major loser, the Natives. The Natives had signed a treaty with the British saying that if the British were to win that they would give them a proportion of land below the British territory so that if the Americans planned to attack again, they would have to go through the native territory, thus creating a buffer zone between them and the Americans.
